This policy covers toastylabs.com. It is written to describe what this site actually does, rather than to cover every practice we might adopt later — if that changes, this page changes with it.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, company, the service you're interested in, your budget range, your timeline, and your message. Nothing on this site collects information about you passively.

What we don't collect

This site runs no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels, and no third-party embeds. It sets no cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a font CDN, so loading a page doesn't tell anyone else that you visited.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if it turns into a project, to run that engagement. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising, and we won't add you to a mailing list off the back of a project enquiry.

Who else sees it

Our web host, which serves the site, and our email provider, which carries your message to us. Both process the data on our instructions and for no other purpose.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 24 months. Project correspondence is kept for as long as we work together and for seven years afterwards, which is what our accounting and tax obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you're in the UK or EU, you also have the right to object to processing and to complain to your local data protection authority. Email hello@toastylabs.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
